Hooray For... Accomplishing... Things......... Yeah!

So, I am feeling slightly accomplished today!
Seeing as days off usually aren't so productive,
today is a rarity. Haha!
I had some "me time" this morning. I feel like if you have a day off, you should always take a chunk out an do something for yourself! Me, I watched some YouTube and then watched 3:10 To Yuma.
(Great movie btw, I might do a ramble about it).
Then after your "you time", you should try and do something productive. For example, I called the dress shop in Marshfield to pay for my bridesmaid dress for my cousin Rebekah's wedding in July! And after freaking out about being the LAST PERSON to pay for their dress, therefore I am the reason why they weren't ordered sooner, I decided not to worry about it now cuz there isn't really anything I can do about it. By the way, I am the Maid of Honor! Bekah was born literally 2 days before me. We call ourselves the "almost-twins". Haha! She is amazing, I love her :)
What else makes today rare? Well, I did TWO productive things! After that call I loaded the dishwasher, washed everything that wouldn't fit, and then started running the dishwasher! AHHH!!! Mom will be so happy :)
Today is so full of rarities it's crazy.
Want to know why?
Cuz I am actually feeling slightly inspired to do some drawing!!! :D So I am going to go dig for my art book and pencils and try and do some artwork! WOO!!! And I have tomorrow off too, so if I start something that I actually like I can prolly work on it tomorrow too! YAY!!!
Ok, now I am officially excited! :)
Gotta find time somewhere in here to eat tho... Ha!
Shouldn't be a problem.
I LOVE FOOD!!!
That is me trying to figure out how to take a picture with the webcam thingy... Haha! I am a fail at technology...

Hope you have a wonderfully productive day too! :D

Wasting Life... Like A Pro

So, I have been wanting to do a post for the last couple days, but I couldn't think of what to do a post about.
Sure I could do it about knitting or one of the other things on Taylor's List Of Daily Doings... which just consists of eat, sleep, and work...
But, I haven't been knitting...
What have I been doing you may ask?
Well, let me introduce you to

Dan And Phil!
They are a couple of British YouTubers who have taken up all of my spare time.
I've been subscribed to them for a while but haven't seen everything. So basically I have been re-watching ALL of their YouTube videos...
And debating on whether or not to buy this shirt...
The shirt is pretty much awesomesaucetastic.
It sums up basically everything. Haha!
Their YouTube names are danisnotonfire and AmazingPhil

 Yup, so there's my life.
And just when you think you've seen all their videos, you find more!!!
And they are really funny too!
They like to draw cat whiskers on their faces! So that automatically makes them awesome
Basically I would like to meet them.
But the likelihood of that happening is very extra slim to none. Which I guess is ok. Cuz even if I did meet them, I would just be completely awkward as usual and just be like...
... Hi... *walks away*
Plus they are in London (which I will probably never go there), and when they come to the US they are always in places like Florida or California.
Wisconsin is too far north.
Ah well, such is life.
I will just go on watching their videos.
And listening to their show on BBC Radio 1.
I might get something done in the next week...
Maybe... ;)

Ooo! Something exciting!
I am shipping my giveaway hat tomorrow! YAY!

Sorry if you came to my blog today to read something that would be worthwhile... But I just felt like blogging and this was the only thing. Haha! But now you can't say that you've never heard of Dan and Phil! So I guess it was good for something ;)

Have a GREAT night!

My Poor OCD...

So, today I finished reading Brisingr.
(It is the 3rd book of the Inheritance Cycle
by Christopher Paolini)
Remember the book Eragon? Well, it's the same series! Now, I am a pretty big fan of books. I've read a few good series, like Hunger Games and Twilight and such, but I must say that the Inheritance Cycle is BY FAR my favorite series ever! Eragon (the first book) is probably my favorite book of all time! It's funny cuz I don't remember exactly when I got the book, but I do remember it was from my aunt Laura because she knew how much I loved it. (Must have read it in school before I had my own copy) But I tell you what I have probably read that book about 15 times and it's still amazing! I would definitely recommend it!

And oh my goodness... if you have seen that poor excuse for a movie that is called Eragon... please please PLEASE don't let it affect your reading. It is the most HORRID rendition of a book to movie EVER.
NO! Eragon has BROWN hair, not BLONDE! Arya has BLACK hair, not ORANGE! There was not a SINGLE character they got right... except the Shade... UGH I was appalled... So if you have seen the movie and haven't read the book, trust me the book is SO much better!

Ok, done with that little rant. Now to start another one!
So I am the kind of person that if I get a book that is hardcover, I have to get all the other books in that series in hardcover also. Same goes for paper backs. And same also goes for the design on the front and everything. So, when the 4th book came out in late 2011, I was super excited!!! But I had to wait to buy it because it was only in hardcover to start (and I had all paper backs). Aaand, they had also made a new design for the paper back versions. (They have a different picture on the front and it's just not the same and I don't like it as much)
Here's the new design. Same picture but it's all zoomed in and stuff and it doesn't have the cool borders and the neat writing and everything. :P Altogether I just don't like it.
So while I have the first 3 in the old design, my OCD kicks in and I don't want to buy the 4th one with the new design! And I don't think they are making it in the old design!!! I don't know what to do!!! :( Should I just buy the new book with the new design or buy all 4? Or just deal with it and buy the new one in hardcover because at least then it would have the same picture... No... I don't really like hardcovers... see the pickle I'm in? So I guess I will just sit here... waiting... wishing... hoping... that they make the book in the old design in paper back. Wouldn't that be nice?

Anyways, yeah this was a totally random post but I just felt like blogging. :) To whoever reads this, please read Eragon. It is a great book and a great series!
Have a wonderful night!
